1.1

该离心鼓风机是我公司采用高效模型机而设计的机型，并在实践中不断优化升级、确保风机性能曲线平坦，运转平稳，而且在变工况下运行还能保持较高效率。风机定子等采用HT250树脂沙铸造，外观、内表面光滑，流动损失小；铸件内在质量优良，刚度、强度、稳定性更好。增速器采用渐开线型硬齿面齿轮对，承载大、精度高、运转更为平稳、噪声低。

This centrifugal blower is designed by our company using an efficient model machine, and has been continuously optimized and upgraded in practice to ensure a smooth performance curve, smooth operation, and high efficiency even under variable operating conditions. The stator of the blower is cast with HT250 resin sand, which has a smooth appearance and inner surface with minimal flow loss; The internal quality of castings is excellent, with better rigidity, strength, and stability. The gearbox adopts an involute hard tooth gear pair, which has a large load capacity, high precision, smoother operation, and low noise.

1.2

本技术文件离心鼓风机型号为：D275-2.4离心鼓风机，整套机组由离心鼓风机，驱动用异步电动机及润滑油站、高位油箱等辅机组成，由电动机通过膜片式联轴器将增速器、鼓风机连接成整体拖动。该风机具有周速低、安全可靠性高、磨损小、运行范围宽、耗能低、运转平稳、噪音低、易损件少、维护方便等特点。

The model of the centrifugal blower in this technical annex is D275-2.4 centrifugal blower. The entire unit consists of a centrifugal blower, an asynchronous motor for driving, and auxiliary equipment such as a lubricating oil station and a high-level oil tank. The motor connects the gearbox and blower through a diaphragm coupling to form an integrated drive. This blower has the characteristics of low peripheral speed, high safety and reliability, low wear, wide operating range, low energy consumption, smooth operation, low noise, few vulnerable parts, and easy maintenance.

1.3

D275-2.4离心鼓风机为单缸、单吸入、三级叶轮、双支撑结构。机壳采用HT250铸造而成，机壳沿水平和垂直方向剖分，进口为矩形，出口为圆形，进口、出口方向均垂直向下，便于安装与检修。机壳各结合面均经精加工和刮研，以防止壳内高压气体外泄。机壳下部设有排污孔，采用法兰连接，利于机体内清洗液的排放。

D275-2.4 Centrifugal blower is by a single cylinder, single suction, three-stage impeller, and double support structure. The casing is made of HT250 casting, and is divided horizontally and vertically. The inlet is rectangular and the outlet is circular, with both directions pointing vertically downwards for easy installation and maintenance. The joint surfaces of the casing are precision machined and scraped to prevent high-pressure gas leakage inside the casing. The lower part of the casing is equipped with a drainage hole, which is connected by a flange to facilitate the discharge of cleaning solution inside the machine.

转子采用高效气动技术进行设计、制造。性能可靠，技术先进，运转稳定。转子由叶轮、主轴、平衡盘和轴套等零部件组成，选用优质合金钢锻造加工而成；叶轮为焊接结构，转子经动、静平衡校正后，确保运转平稳。

The rotor is designed and manufactured using high-efficiency pneumatic technology. It has reliable performance, advanced technology, and stable operation. The rotor is composed of components such as impeller, main shaft, balance disk, and shaft sleeve, and is forged from high-quality alloy steel; The impeller is a welded structure, and the rotor is calibrated for dynamic and static balance to ensure smooth operation.

鼓风机、增速器、电机采用滑动轴承，轴承及增速器传动齿轮皆采用强制供油润滑。鼓风机为动压可倾瓦滑动轴承（免刮研），轴承体用锻钢制成，瓦块浇注巴氏合金，具有良好的调心功能，便于装配及现场安装找正。

The blower, gearbox, and motor use sliding bearings, and the bearings and gearbox transmission gears are lubricated with forced oil supply. The blower is equipped with dynamic pressure tilting pad sliding bearings (scratch free), the bearing body is made of forged steel, and the pads are cast with Babbitt alloy, which has good centering function and is easy to assemble and install on-site for alignment.

1.6

润滑系统由油站、高位油箱和油管路附件等组成，油站含双电动油泵、油箱、双联冷油器（采用管式一开一备，实现不停机检修更换，直管式，两端盖头打开可以直接维护）、双联滤油器（一开一备，可不停机检修更换）、安全阀、调节阀和仪表等。电动油泵为一开一备。油站冷却器冷却水采用循环水，进水温度为32℃，进水压力为0.4 MPa（G）。润滑油站上所有与用户相连接的油管线均带对应的配对法兰。

The lubrication system consists of an oil station, a high-level oil tank, and oil pipeline accessories. The oil station includes dual electric oil pumps, oil tanks, dual oil coolers (using a tube type with one on and one backup for non-stop maintenance and replacement, and a straight tube type with two end caps open for direct maintenance), dual oil filters (one on and one backup for non-stop maintenance and replacement), safety valves, regulating valves, and instruments. The electric oil pump is one in operation and one as backup. The cooling water for the gas station cooler adopts circulating water, with an inlet temperature of 32℃ and an inlet pressure of 0.4 MPa G. All oil pipelines connected to the user on the lubrication station are equipped with corresponding matching flanges.
